Our pool is under maintenance from December 25, 2021 - January 5, 2022.

Restaurant is open for breakfast. Guest can make prior order for lunch and dinner through SHA+ certified restaurant until 20.00 pm.

Bar is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 prevention and will be opened again on January 3, 2022.

What was the highlight of The Samui Beach Resort
Pleasant
It was in a good location. The beach was beautiful, but the weather was so windy we couldn't swim. The pool was lovely.
Not very welcoming. Not great service, no maid service, the room wasn't clean the 3 days we were there. The hotel was run down. Needs up grading. No hair dryer, just a wardrobe with 4 coat hangers. There is no where to put clothes.

The maid making up the rooms did a great job. Couldn't ask for better, location was good, 5 mins away from madness, quiet. Room safe was great, good balcony altho ants everywhere. Inside and outside. Staff friendly
The hotel advertised a pool bar ... Didn't exist??? Breakfast was rotten The only thing edible was the bread which ya toasted yourself (fine) toaster was dirty. Either the maintenance man or owner or dad or receptionist no idea was laying sleeping reception all day and night. Making it very awkward to come in and out and it was very pleasant.... no way I paid for in the long run. Pool wasn't great either no loungers space apart from 4 away from the pool side. Returning for 10 nights in a fortnights time. Will not be staying here that's for sure x

Overall a good stay
Property was clean, friendly and in a good location near the beach. Pleased with the room and overall stay was good.
The owner explained the hotel had just reopened after covid. The only thing that could be improved on was the breakfast and the food and coffee that was available.

good but a bit disappointing
the rooms were very cleaned and spacious. the personnel always very smiley & friendly. the pool is huge and only few steps distance to the beach. the breakfast ok
i booked the room overlooking the beach, upon arrival they gave us a standard room with no view, I asked at reception & they told me unfortunately they were fully booked so couldn’t change my room. this was not true as the hotel seemed abandoned in the sense that, most rooms were empty & we were literally the only two people staying at the hotel at the time. i never understood why they couldn’t give me the room I paid for. also the bar at the pool was closed & they do not have beach beds on the beach itself, they have them inside of the pool area only.
